Terms of service
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms cover Optiq Studio Enterprise (“the workspace”), operated by DaveLabs. By using it you agree to them, and to the Optiq Studio terms for your account.
Your workspace
A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it. Its owner decides who may join and what each person may do. You are responsible for what your members publish and for keeping your sign-in to yourself.
Publishing to YouTube
The workspace uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel and publishing through the workspace you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You confirm that you have the right to publish each video, and that you will mark videos that contain realistic altered or synthetic content as such when YouTube requires it. The workspace sets that disclosure on by default for Optiq-made videos, and you can review it on every post.
Nothing is published without an explicit action by a member of your workspace. Titles, descriptions and tags the workspace suggests are only suggestions: you have the final say on everything that goes out.
Acceptable use
- Do not publish anything you do not have the rights to, or anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
- Do not try to reach another workspace’s data, or to work around limits we or the platforms set.
- Do not use the workspace to send spam or to manipulate views or engagement.
Platforms
YouTube, Meta and TikTok set their own limits on uploads and data. When they change their services, features of the workspace may change with them. Reported figures come from the platforms and may be revised by them.
Liability
We work to keep the workspace available and accurate but provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for a platform’s decisions about your channel or your content.
Ending
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms. When a workspace closes, its data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.
