Connecting your website and apps: how we track a customer from the first view to the first deposit

Most marketing reports stop at the click, because that is where the platform's view ends. Ours goes on to the sign-up, the deposit and the sale, because our engineers connect Optiq Studio Enterprise to the places where your customers actually act.
What we add to your systems
- 1An API key for your company
A secret of your own, stored only as a hash on our side, that you can rotate or switch off at any time.
- 2An events endpoint
Your servers send us each result as it happens, server to server, over HTTPS. Nothing depends on a browser that blocks scripts.
- 3Your website and landing pages
A light tag that records the visit and keeps the ad's click id with it, so a later sign-up knows where it came from.
- 4Your mobile apps
The same events from inside the app: installs, sign-ups, deposits and purchases.
The events we record
| Event | When it happens |
|---|---|
| Landing | A visitor arrives on the page a video or ad pointed to |
| Sign-up | An account is opened |
| Lead | A form is filled in, or a demo or call-back is requested |
| Call or WhatsApp chat | A conversation starts from a tracked number or link |
| App install | The app is installed from a tracked link or ad |
| Add to cart and checkout | A customer chooses and starts to pay |
| First deposit | A new customer funds an account for the first time |
| Purchase | An order is paid |
What each event carries
- An event id, so an event sent twice is counted once.
- The time it happened, to the second.
- The click id the ad added: Google's gclid, Meta's fbclid, TikTok's ttclid. This is what joins a sale to a single ad.
- The campaign tags on the link (UTM source, medium, campaign and content), which join it to the exact post and video.
- The value and currency, for deposits and purchases.
- An email or phone number only in hashed form (SHA-256), and only where a platform's conversion service needs it to match the result. Never in clear text.
- Consent, as your site recorded it.
Joining a result back to a video
A deposit arrives with a click id. The click id belongs to an ad. The ad ran a post. The post carries a film, and the film carries its index. So each result is joined to a video, and to what was in that video. Where there is no click id, the campaign tags on the link do the same job for organic posts. We report both the first touch and the last, within the window each platform uses, so nothing is counted twice and nothing is claimed that did not happen.
Sending results back to the platforms
Results also go back, through each platform's official conversion service: Meta's Conversions API, TikTok's Events API, and conversions in Google Ads. That teaches each platform's delivery system who your buyers are, so your budget finds more people like them, not just more people who watch.
Safe by design
- Keys stored as hashes, sent only over HTTPS, and switched off the moment you ask.
- No passwords, card numbers or account balances. A deposit is an event with a value, nothing more.
- Personal details hashed before they leave your systems, and only where a platform requires them.
- Everything you send is used for your company alone.
What you see
The whole funnel, live: how many viewed, clicked, landed, signed up, checked out and paid, the drop at each step, and which videos and ads each customer came from. Every number we keep.
